Their flagship product, Bluegrass Soy Sauce, is the only small batch micro-brewed soy sauce in the US and the original soy sauce aged in bourbon barrels. Each soy sauce is handcrafted in Louisville, Kentucky using the all-natural and locally sourced ingredients of the Bluegrass State.
